During this 60 minute class, you will have the opportunity to socialize and cuddle with adorable kittens to help you further destress and feel more at peace. You may even find an adopatble kitten to join your family!

This slow flow yoga class moves through sitting and standing poses a little more slowly and holds poses for a little longer. We will practice a flow of yoga poses to connect breath to movement to improve overall well-being. Yoga is good for your health! Playing with kittens is also good for your health. Doing both together is an unforgettable fun and enjoyable experience.

*Glass of wine is included for those Kitten Yogis over 21. Those under 21 can enjoy a complementary "Mocktail" or soda.

After the class, feel free to enjoy food/fare inside the winery! 

This class is for yogis of all levels.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
