FERAL FOR PLANTS

Community Cat Club has been presented with a grant opportunity to receive a $2000 matching grant if we are able to raise $2000 towards community cat spay and neuter surgeries. We're encouraged to initiate unique fundraiser initiatives and we couldn't think of a better way to interact with our supporters than through Plant & Sip Workshops!

CCC Resident Plant Lady, Artist, and Board Member, Erika, has put together incredible workshops to educate you about cat-safe plants and will guide you through creating a beautiful vessel for your new plant babies!

In partnership with local breweries, your workshop ticket includes your plant, terra cotta pot, paint supplies, light foods, and your first beer. CCC fosters will also be in attendance to survey your artwork!

Our first workshop was held at Eight & Sand Brewing in Woodbury and was at capacity! It was a gorgeous day and everyone painted such beautiful pots for their new plants, while also fawning over CCC fosters Ollie and Chris.

Our next workshop is on Sunday November 17th at Whims Brewing in Atco and our next featured plant will be the Spider Plant. With this workshop being at 50% capacity, don't wait to secure your spot! This is an all-ages event and you can purchase non-alcoholic tickets for your kiddos!
